Ability to create a task and shadow it through the whole of mine

Hi,

I have had a few people asking me, to try get the following function into Fewzion.

On a certain day the whole mine will be on stop for maintenance on our power grid. Instead of sending this task to each respected stakeholder on Fewzion, is it not possible to make one task that can be sent to everyone on Fewzion, to notify them of the planned task? Basically a task that is sent to everyone on Fewzion?
