Improvements for recurrences

Hi,

I think the editing Standard tasks with Recurrences needs to become more user friendly and more intuitive.

Upon saving changes to Standard tasks, a pop window should appear inquiring whether you would like apply the changes to the task recurrences.
Also we should add the ability to reschedule Standard task recurrences from scheduled task.
