Flexibility in Roster?

Hi,

I just discussed an issue that one of our client is having with their roster.

One of their processes is almost only for Contractors. These Contractors don't work according to a set roster. Based on the contractor's availability, they will decide very last minute which Contractor will work on which Shift (day or night). This means that it's very hard for the Coordinators to allocate people to Tasks as the 'available people' in Fewzion are wrong most of the time. Having to change their roster to put them down as 'overtime' all the time seems too much work.

Any ideas around this?
