Version 21.0.0 (Build number 21.0.0+0)
In line with our commitment to constant improvement, here are our latest features, updates and bug fixes for version 21.0.
Features
We’ve improved our NPS product (Intercom) in Fewzion, making it more user friendly and helpful for our users.
Improvements
- We've implemented Standard job tasks tags & locations to populate scheduled job tasks by default (with conditions).
- The tag field/s of the Scheduling a Standard Job pop-up screen will be pre-populated by the tags assigned to the standard tasks job by default -
- If a task is dragged and dropped from the Standard Job panel to a hierarchy on the Scheduler, where the lowest level of the hierarchy is Tags AND the User dropped the task to a swimlane that is other than a Tag (e.g. group hierarchy, no swimlane) THEN the original, assigned location(s) of the standard task will be shown in the Tag field of the Scheduling a Standard Job pop-up screen by default.
- If a task is dragged and dropped from the Standard Job panel to a hierarchy on the Scheduler, where Tags is not on the lowest level of the hierarchy AND the User dropped the task to a swimlane THEN the original, assigned Tag(s) of the standard task will be shown in the Tag field of the Scheduling a Standard Job pop-up screen by default.
- For both above, Tags need to be enabled for Tasks; if the Tags are not enabled for Tasks then they will not be applied to the Scheduled Standard Job.
- Locations will follow the same logic:
- If a task is dragged and dropped from the Standard Job panel to a hierarchy on the Scheduler, where the lowest level of the hierarchy is Locations AND the User dropped the task to a swimlane that is other than a Location (e.g. group hierarchy, no swimlane) THEN the original, assigned location(s) of the standard task will be shown in the location field of the Scheduling a Standard Job pop-up screen by default.
- If a task is dragged and dropped from the Standard Job panel to a hierarchy on the Scheduler, where Locations is not on the lowest level of the hierarchy AND the User dropped the task to a swimlane THEN the original, assigned location(s) of the standard task will be shown in the location field of the Scheduling a Standard Job pop-up screen by default.
It should save a lot of time for users, as assigning tags/locations to scheduled job tasks is time-consuming.
- We’ve improved the Smart Import, so the user can import shift time for example: 15 am can be converted to an offset.
