Version 20.2.0 (Build number 20.2.0+0)
Fewzion 20.2.0 introduces a number of key improvements and fixes to ensure greater ease of use for all operators.
Improvements
-
We've made a Scheduler refactoring and increased performance, as we had a significant delay before the changes were implemented when the user moved a parent task.
At the same time, we've implemented some simple improvements for the Scheduler and drag and drop functionality:
-
The Task can move freely between the end time of the Parent task and the start time of the Child task.
-
When the Task moves beyond the start time of the Child task, then it will push out the Child.
-
Similarly, when the Task moves beyond the end time of its Parent task, then the Parent will be pushed to earlier start time.
-
Please note that we've saved the business rule when tasks with actuals cannot be moved.
-
We've automated the log generation & collection process.
Reports will be sent to Customer Success automatically. These weekly logs also form our safety net against unknown issues that affect the ability of the server to send out an email, generate a log file and to protect against storage failure on the remote server.
Thus, we've also excluded short periods of Fewzion downtime when the Support Success team generate Fewzion's reports for the internal team.
-
Equipment and People Tags display have been included in the Planning Board and Schedule screen Display Options when selected Users can see People and Equipment assigned to a Task on the Taskbar.
-
We’ve improved Scheduler’s: Font, Tag Colour & Background Colour:
-
Calendar days grey background has been removed
-
Colour Scheme has been reversed for Equipment and People Tags, the text for the tags is now black and the background white
-
Column Headings are no longer exceptionally large when “Large” or “Extra Large” are selected
-
Borders of Tags are now also increased with the font when “Large” or “Extra Large” font options are selected
-
-
We’ve improved Shadow Tasks Assign People and Equipment:
-
Shadow Tasks now show the resources from both the originator and the assigned to processes on the Tasks’ Assign Equipment and Assign People Task context menus - allowing Users to assign resources from both Processes to the Task.
-
The context menu now also includes the Assign Equipment and Assign People’s resource Type by ShortCode (e.g. LD) and the Process (e.g. Prod).
-
-
We’ve refactored the Task Checklist functionality; previously Task Checklist questions were only available for Planning compliance and Permits. The Task Checklist Questions have been extended to include Pre-Start and Closing, and can be managed via the Forms manage screen
-
We've added the Location Type as a criterion to assign forms, so a form can be shown only for specific location types.
Fixes
-
An issue when the changes were not shown in Location target column after editing Task's Target. The Location target is re-calculated automatically and immediately after editing the Task's Target.
-
Some small issues in translation to Spanish for the Spanish version of Fewzion on the Scheduler, Schedules, Planning, Manage and Dashboard boards.
-
Fixed a -1000000000 value in the Set confirmation window instead of N/A for KPIs for all shifts on the Planning Board.
-
We've upgraded Intercom to now deliver in application learning to users as they need it.
-
A vertical scroll bar for the "Assign Equipment" in the context menu on the Scheduler board.
-
We've fixed some XSS vulnerabilities to increase the security of Fewzion.
-
The issue on the Scheduler board when Newly Added Scheduler View disappeared from Drop Down list. It is shown on the view drop-down now.
-
An issue when the Shift Plans did not show the Departments. They are now shown on the top left side of the report, as usual when the Shift Plan is printed.
