1. Navigate to Settings, you should be able to find Settings by using the windows search bar
2. In Settings, select Devices
3. In Devices, select Printers and Scanners
4. In Printers & Scanners Double Click on the Printer you are printing the Shift Plan from and Select Manage
5. In the Manage screen, Select Printer Properties
6. In the Printing Preferences dialog box, select Paper/Quality Tab, and ensure Color is enabled.
7. Click OK
8.Try to print again.
