The Location Shift Plans feature allows Crew leaders to filter and enter actuals against Task on the Actuals screen by Location. Previously a Scheduled Task was assigned only to a Process Shift Plan, now if a Scheduled Task has been provided with a location/s it will also be assigned concurrently to a Location shift plan.

In phase one of the feature, only Scheduled Tasks will available to Location Shift plans, other Shift Plan fields such as KPIs, available resources and Shift Plan checklist questions will not be available.Step-By-Step Guide
Users will be able to access the Locations Shift Plans view on the Actuals screen by:
1. Tapping/clicking on the Processes name, to open the "Select Process" pop-up window
2. Tapping/Clicking on the Location tab
3. Tapping/Clicking on the Location you would like to enter Task Actuals against.

Crew leader selection:
In phase one of the feature, the Locations Crew Leader list will borrow from the Crew Leader Processes' list. Anyone who is listed as a Crew leader (across Processes) for the Shift selected, will appear in the Crew Leader list for Location Shift plans.

Tasks with Multiple Locations:
Tasks with multiple locations will be visible in each of the assigned Location Shift Plans, however, will have only ever have one completion percentage value.
Example scenarios
i. Task "X" has been assigned to locations Zone 2A, Zone 1B & Zone OB. Result: The Task is visible in Zone 2A, Zone 1B and & Zone OB Location shift plans on the Actuals screen.
ii. Crew Leader 1, selects Location 2A and enters a completion percentage of 50% against Task "X". Result: Result: On all three Location Shift plans (2A, 1B, and OB) Task "X" now displays a "50%" completion percentage value.
iii. After Crew Leader has entered their actual against Task "X", later in the Shift CrewLeader 2 selects Location 1B and updates Task "X" completion percentage value to 100%. Result: On all three Location Shift plans (2A, 1B, and OB) Task "X" now displays a "100%" completion percentage value.
