Compliance Enhancements
The Shift Plan Approval Process is Fewzion’s process of approval for scheduled tasks on a Weekly and Daily basis by different levels of management. Shift Plan Approval Process assists in the creation of accurate and achievable plans by closing the communication gap between the management that develop the plans and the management whose task it is to implement them. User participation in the approval process is also tracked, promoting accountability and ownership of the plans by the relevant levels of management
Tasks in Fewzion may have to meet special criteria to be compliant. The Task Compliance system provides a configurable method of handling these cases.

Was scheduling tasks for the wrong date when the client's timezone was different to the server's timezone
Now correctly handles dates/times passed in from the client to avoid any timezone conversion on the server. -
Improved performance for a client specific migration script to prevent a timeout error on deployment.
-
Was not sorting occupation and equipment types correctly.
Now sorts by the 'Display Order' field in ascending order. -
Clients that have recently upgraded to version 12 of fewzion may be getting a "LastChanged is required and must not be null" error when modifying tasks.A migration script has been added to ensure that all LastChanged properties are now set.
-
Was not showing assigned task locations on the Planning Board or Task List report for recurring tasks, due to missing location ids.
Now sets location ids for recurring tasks and locations now appear on both the Planning Board or Task List report. -
Was adding duplicate Possible Answers when creating new Checklist Questions through the Manage Checklist Questions screen.
Now prevents duplicate Possible Answers records. -
Was, in "Read Only" mode on the Weekly Schedule, 1) not preventing user entry of fields and 2) bringing up the Shift Plan in "Edit" mode.
Now handles both cases correctly. -
Was failing to import Process Default KPIs when importing initial data for new Fewzion sites.
Now imports Process Default KPIs. -
Was showing the incorrect shifts in the 'Select Shift' dropdown, when printing the Shift Plan report from the Touch UI Actuals screen.
Now shows the correct shifts (up to two shifts before and two shifts after the current shift). -
Was duplicating Ids for associated records (e.g. Recurrences, Resources) when duplicating or copying Standard Tasks.
Now new associated record Ids will be generated by the Server. -
Was allowing all of a recurrence's 'Ends' items to be unselected.
Now requires one to be selected. -
To have consistency with other Fewzion radio fields, the Standard Task now has an extra radio button for its Due date.
-
Was producing an error 'The IEnumerable contains objects with the same key' when modifying a Standard Task that was just duplicated.
Now allows modification of duplicated Standard Tasks -
Was adding duplicate Recurring Tasks when creating Tasks for Weeks 3, 4 and 5 (if the Tasks already existed)
Now ensures that duplicate Recurring Tasks will not be added. -
Was failing to open the task selector for the Shift Undermanager's Report when the site has less than 3 shifts per day.
Now the task selector will handle between 1 and 4 shifts per day. -
Minor bug fix to the Shift Undermanager’s Report task selector, only affecting clients with 4 shifts per day.
