Manage Reporting Calendar
The Reporting Calendar feature has been developed to allow clients to customize the Month To Date period (start and end date for a particular month and year) used in reporting. This feature can be configured through the Manage / Reporting Calendar section in Fewzion.
Improvements

Periodic cleanup of Integration Logs
We are now periodically cleaning up Integration Logs to ensure that the database doesn't grow uncontrollably. -
RavenDB index improvements
We have combined several RavenDB indexes to help improve re-indexing performance and memory usage. -
RavenDB Upgrade
We have upgraded RavenDB to the latest stable version to fix slow indexing issues. -
Lost Connection Timeout
We have increased the timeout from 30 seconds to 60 seconds before the "Lost Connection" message appears. This will help avoid the "Lost Connection" message appearing when the server is under heavy load, as opposed to an actual loss of connection to the server. -
Improvements to Change Notifications
We have improved and simplified the way we handle data change notifications for associated data e.g. Task Attachments. This allows us to refresh the UI when associated data is changed on the server (or changed by another user), which was not previously possible. -
Report Improvements
Added Locations to the Process Plan, Shift Schedule and 24/48 Hour Reports. Added Actuals to the Process Plan Report -

Added icons (Shadow / Statutory / Mainstay) to task descriptions on the Shift Schedule, 24 / 48 Hour and Process Plan reports -
Add Leave Improvements
The following improvements have been made to the “Add Leave” Feature:
- Full availability calculated if date is valid and leave period is less than 6 months
- Any leave period greater than 6 months will be added to the roaster, however availability only calculated for the first 6 month
- Added masking to the screen during long calculations.

Enhancement to the Webhook Integration system
The payload sent to the configured systems of Webhooks now include a property called Delta which will give the details of the values that have changed to the data in the event.
Using the Webhook Integration management screen within Fewzion you can now specify a filter expression using JavaScript to control which updates in Fewzion will result in a call to your listening system. -
Priority Tooltip
Added a tooltip explaining what the S,P,A & C stand for in the Priority field. -
Report Safety Slogans
All automated reports now have configurable Safety Slogans added to the page headers and footers. -
Improvements to the Daily Shiftly KPIs Report
The following improvements have been made to the Daily Shiftly KPIs Report:
- Improved formatting
- Can now be configured to show charts representing “Month To Date” KPI data.
- The days of the month shown in the MTD charts are configured via the Reporting Calendar.
Fixes

Was failing to copy a required DLL file (System.linq.Dynamic) during the deployment process and as a result, “File Not Found” errors were being returned.
Now the DLL file copies during deployment and fixes the “File Not Found” errors. -
[SUPPORT]Made some performance improvements to migrations to prevent timeout errors for clients upgrading from version 11 of Fewzion.

Was failing to apply the latest WSR changes when deploying Fewzion.
Now ensures that the latest WSR migration script is run on deployment. -
Was not removing User Leave from Fewzion when it was removed from the Smart Import data source.
Now User Leave will be removed from Fewzion if it does not exist in the Smart Import data source. -
Was not setting the "Current" fields. (e.g. Crew, Process, Occupation etc.) when adding a new User.
Now sets the "Current" fields as expected. -
Was not showing a scrollbar on the Manage screen, making it hard to access hidden content.
