Checklist is a helpful tool for crew leaders to examine the completeness of tasks that need to be done during the shifts. Checklist Questions can appear on different reports such as Shift Undermanager’s Report or Shift Reports in Fewzion. A Checklist Question Category allows administrators to group Checklist Questions.

1. Click on the Manage icon
Add a Checklist Question
1. Click List in the Checklist Questions section
2. Click Add in the All Checklist Questions section
3. Enter the Question and the ShortCode. Select Category

Applicable To section allows administrators to link new questions to an existing question.4. Select Answer Type. Click Add for Possible Answers (if acceptable)

Selecting Numeric Answer Type will require to select different attributes such as Minimal and Maximum Values – the range of the actual valueStep – increasing the entered number by this "Step" number when using the increase and decrease arrows. For example, Step = 5, Entered value = 2 after clicking on the increase arrow 2 becomes 5, click on the arrow again the value becomes 10, etc.
Target – the desired result
Greater Is Best – Greater value than the Target is the best
Aggregation Functions – the aggregate number is showed on the Daily KPIs Report (if the Checklist Question is showed on the Daily KPIs Report)
5. Enter the Possible Answer. Click Add
6. Select the Reports that will show the Checklist Question. Click Processes to configure the visibility of the question on the Actuals screen. Click Save

When Processes are ticked in the Available To section, follow the instructions below.1. Click on the Manage icon
2. Click List on the Processes section. This opens the All Process form
3. Select the process that will show the Checklist Question
4. Click Checklist
5. Select the Checklist Questions and shifts to be displayed on the Actuals screen
6. Click Close
The selected Checklist Questions appear on the Actual screen for upcoming shifts (the current shift is not affected).
Edit a Checklist Question
1. Click List in the Checklist Questions section
2. Double click on the Checklist Question
3. Enter changes. Click Save
Delete a Checklist Question
1. Click List in the Checklist Questions section
2. Select the Checklist Question. Click Delete
3. Click Yes to confirm the deletion
Add a Checklist Question Category
1. Click List in the Checklist Questions section
2. Click Categories...
3. Click Add
4. Enter the Name of the Category. Click Save
5. Click Close

The Close button is equivalent to the Save button.
Delete a Checklist Question Category
1. Click List in the Checklist Questions section
2. Click Categories...
3. Select the Checklist Question. Click Delete
4. Click Yes to confirm the deletion
5. Click Close
