Users can work with Users in bulk, by accessing the bulk context menu available on the Manage Users screen. This guide will take you through the steps.

1. Tick the checkboxes located on the left side of the Users’ grid to select the Users you would like to update
2. Right Click to access the bulk context menu

When working with fields that have a sub-set of fields, such as Roles and Tags, there is a third checkbox state.
Before changes are made:
i.Tick: All selected Users have that specific Tag/Role
ii. Line: Some selected Users have that specific Tag/Role
iii. Empty: None of the selected Users have that specific Tag/Role
When applying changes:
i. Tick: All Users have or will have that specific Tag/Role
ii. Line: Status quo is kept, no changes made
iii. Empty: None of the selected Users have or will have that specific Tag/Role
