Symptoms
When adding a new Process the following fields are missing from the screen:
- Citect Details Tab
- Checklist Questions Tab
- Shift Plan Report Section
- Enable Short interval Control checkbox
Resolution
The work around for the issue, after adding the required Process fields (Name, Shortcode, Department and Process Type), save the Process and then double click on the newly save Process and all editable fields will be available on the Edit Process screen.
This issue has been escalated to our developers and we are working towards providing a solution. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact Support.
