Throwing an error when attempting to edit leave in IE 11 due to a date parsing error

Symptoms                                                                                                  

When you attempt to edit User leave, via the Roster or Edit User screen, Fewzion does not respond.

Additionally, the following error is logged on the Developer Tools console:

SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'substring' of underfined or null reference

Notes:
This issue is only relevant to Users running Fewzion via IE 11.

This issue was fix in Fewzion v13.8.19, to upgrade to the current version of Fewzion please contact Fewzion support.
